How long is the order processing time?

For our local postage, it will usually take about 2 - 5 working days For overseas parcel, duration will be advise upon your selected courier.

Can i track my package?

For In-house Delivery: You will receive a text message from us. You can expect it receive your item within 24 hours or the next working day. Our In-house delivery are available from Monday - Saturday. For orders received on Saturday before 11am may receive it on same day. Off on Sunday and public holidays For Courier: We will sent a shipping confirmation email once the order are received for packing and it will include a tracking link to track your package.

When will my order ship?

Item will be collect by the courier on the earliest date possible. You may check your email on its status.

How long will it take to get my package?

Once shipped, local shipment may take 1-5 days and worldwide shipments can take up to 8-15 business days. Due to current situation, international carriers many be delayed with their transit times.

How do I make an exchange?

To ensure quality and prevent contamination for all customers, we only allow free exchanges only for the following: 1) Defects or damages on the bottles(does not include packaging) 2) Liquid condition out of norm 3) Error of delivery from us in the type of scent.
